Workload Orchestrator Account Management

Your user profile includes the following settings:

Account

Your account was set up when you registered with HPE. You cannot change the username that you selected, but you can update the following required fields:

• Email
• First name
• Last name

Password

Password updates follow the standard practice of entering old and new passwords.

We recommend you choose a password that follows the best practices for password construction. Include uppercase, lowercase, numeric, and special characters.

Authenticator (Two-Factor Authentication)

For steps to configure two-factor authentication, see Two-Factor Authentication.

• Once you set up two-factor, you will need an extra set of verification credentials in order to access your account.
• After you enter the username and password, the login will direct you to a screen to enter the one-time code generated by the application.

Sessions

A list of current session enables you to track how accounts are being accessed, including the IP address and first and last access times. You also can use this window to log out of all sessions.

Applications

The applications table lists applications and granted user permissions

Log

A history of account logins displays IP addresses and access dates.
